CrossFit

This is our signature strength and conditioning program. We combine Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Running, Cardio all in one amazing workout that can be modified for any fitness level.

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting focuses strictly on building strength and technical capabilities in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch. This can be a standalone program or an add-on to CrossFit/Burn.

CrossFit Teens / Kids

CrossFit Teens is a developmental program that teaches young athletes proper form and technique while instilling a lifelong love for fitness. The program is designed for athletes ages 11-16 with goals to improve body awareness, strength, and/or cardiovascular health. 
 
CrossFit Kids uses the Bullish Athletics Kids CrossFit program. Kids ages 5-11 engage in activities that promote jumping, running, and playing to enhance coordination, balance, and agility. The primary goal of CrossFit Kids is to HAVE FUN!

Nutrition Coaching

CrossFit Lorton is proud to be the home of Optimal Wellness & Nutrition, or “O.W.N.” 

O.W.N is a small group of online or in person wellness coaches with the goal to empower each individual to achieve well-being through nutrition, fitness and adding healthy lifestyle habits. This is done by focusing on education, habit stacking, and accountability provided to you by your very own 1:1 personal wellness coach.
