I have had a love affair for CrossFit for 10 years now, and have participated in competitions and yearly CF Open workouts throughout those 10 years. I hold a CFL1 certification. I also have been trained in nutrition coaching and provide nutrition coaching to the gym members. I also have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years with a special interest in serving the community.

I live in Woodbridge, VA with my husband and 2 amazing kids.
