With a strong military background, I’ve learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and mental toughness. My time in the service has shaped my approach to fitness—teaching me that strength isn’t just physical, but also mental and emotional. CrossFit became my outlet to continue pushing my limits and improving, and it’s been the perfect way to channel my dedication and focus into achieving both personal and athletic goals.
Rugby is my favorite sport, and it has instilled in me the value of teamwork, strategy, and perseverance. The intensity and camaraderie of rugby closely align with CrossFit, which is why I’m so passionate about both. As a coach, I aim to foster a sense of community and determination, just like in rugby, while helping athletes build strength, endurance, and confidence.
