Biography

I am a busy stay-at-home mom with four very active kids. For the last 14 years I’ve taught almost every type of group exercise class you can think of; from kickboxing, to cycling, to pilates. I am a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and my favorite workouts involve cardio, overhead squats, heavy snatches, and handstand push-ups.
