If you want to get back into working out but aren’t ready for full-on CrossFit, take their burn classes—a sort of CrossFit-light (basically CrossFit without the barbells). This has been a great way to get back to exercising after avoiding it for almost two years. You know it is working because you will be sore after every class. The coaches are great and will scale the movements for any injuries you have. Can’t recommend this program and gym enough!”
