Growing up, I was involved in both rodeo and soccer, developing a deep passion for sports and competition. Later in life, I became an airline pilot, but it was always fitness that remained a constant through every change. As a military spouse and mom of three, I’ve learned the importance of resilience and balance—and fitness has been my anchor during life's most demanding times.
CrossFit became a central part of my fitness journey, allowing me to challenge myself both physically and mentally. In addition to CrossFit, I’ve pushed my limits in endurance sports, completing a marathon and two ultramarathons. Running has taught me the power of persistence, discipline, and the mental strength required to go the distance.
As a coach, my mission is to help others find their strength and resilience, just as I have. I believe in leading by example—showing my kids the importance of staying active and healthy, no matter the circumstances. Whether you’re aiming to run your first race, build strength, or simply create consistency in your life, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
