Coach Overview

I’m Pat O’Connor, a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and active duty military officer with a passion for fitness and athletic performance. Growing up, I played football, basketball, and ran track, where I was part of the state champion 4x800 meter relay team. What I loved most about track was the dual challenge: competing against others while also racing the clock. Even if someone else won, I was always focused on beating my own personal best.

CrossFit, for me, offers that same mental and physical challenge. It’s a way to push limits, improve performance, and continue striving for personal growth. My goal is to help teen athletes improve their fitness, enhance their athletic performance, and foster a mindset of growth and determination that will serve them both on and off the field. Whether they’re new to CrossFit or experienced athletes, I’m committed to guiding them toward success with proper technique, safe practices, and a supportive, motivating atmosphere.
