With a background in the military and a lifelong passion for fitness, I’ve always been driven to explore the limits of the human body and mind. Over the years, I’ve tried a variety of sports and training modalities, from weightlifting and running to martial arts, but it was CrossFit that truly became my cornerstone. For the past 14 years, CrossFit has been the foundation of my fitness journey, pushing me to continually evolve, adapt, and discover new ways to optimize my performance.
A special area of focus for me is the power of breathing and the body’s ability to maximize efficiency. I’ve learned that effective breathing not only improves physical performance but also enhances mental focus and resilience, both of which are essential in CrossFit and in life. As a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach, my mission is to help others unlock their full potential by combining physical strength with mental clarity, while guiding them toward a more efficient and purposeful approach to fitness.
